This document is not for actual signature. It is to be used as the “Form Eula” as referenced Section 3.3. of the IgniteTech Reseller agreement.

1. Enter the reseller name where prompted
2. Enter the correct entity name for the product with care if it is for a customer that is inside/outside the U.S
3. Save as a PDF
4. Then send the PDF to the reseller
