New capabilities advance mission-critical Expert System processes

AUSTIN, Texas — October 21, 2020 — IgniteTech announced today the release of IgniteTech Insights™, a new service that brings artificial intelligence through machine learning to several of IgniteTech’s enterprise software solutions.

The initial deployment of IgniteTech Insights will augment the powerful Gensym G2 platform, bringing Industry 4.0 intelligent automation to G2’s Expert System Control capabilities. This new service leverages the data generated by customers’ real-world operating processes and systems to create targeted models that save precious time and reduce dependency on technical resources needed to solve complex problems and extract new efficiencies.

One of the early results of IgniteTech Insights for Gensym helped a global manufacturer identify waste and improve output efficiency, adding millions of dollars to the bottom line from cost savings and profit optimization.
