Customers of former Northplains products Telescope and On Brand to migrate to the more robust, unified Xinet platform
AUSTIN, Texas — September 20, 2021 — IgniteTech™, the company “Where Software Goes to Live™” today announced that Xinet™, the Company's leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution will replace the Telescope and On Brand products, providing customers with Xinet's leading-edge solution and partner ecosystem.
IgniteTech is working closely with Telescope and On Brand customers to effect a smooth transition to Xinet working with its integration partner who is an expert in the process, IO Integration, who will consult with each client individually to ensure that important customizations and features built on Telescope and On Brand are migrated. Xinet has thousands of users globally, with several key innovations delivered for customers over the last 24 months.
“This migration process will benefit all of our DAM customers, as consolidating our client base will allow us to maximize investment into a single, unified DAM platform,” said Eric Vaughan, IgniteTech’s CEO. “Xinet is a more robust platform, with features that overlap with Telescope and On Brand almost entirely. And even more importantly, these new Xinet customers will now have access to Xinet’s broad community of users and partners that have driven the development of new plugins, customizations, and continuous platform improvements.”
Telescope and On Brand customers’ subscription prices will not change, and users will retain access to all digital assets that currently live on Telescope/On Brand. IgniteTech is working through the process proactively with all customers to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
