Patrick Ott joins IgniteTech as Senior Vice President of Product, where he leads the strategic development and enhancement of our software solutions with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Patrick brings a deep expertise in transforming complex product portfolios through AI-native engineering and data-driven innovation.
Before joining IgniteTech, Patrick served as Group Chief Technology Officer at ERNI Group Holding AG, where he oversaw global service and technology delivery, driving strategy across AI, software, and cybersecurity. Prior to that, he was Vice President of AI, BI & Software at Rolls-Royce Power Systems, where he directed a global organization and successfully modernized a portfolio of over 200 products, delivering significant ROI and operational efficiency.
He holds a PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Leeds, for which he was awarded the prestigious Sullivan Doctoral Thesis Prize in 2012, and an undergraduate degree from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. Patrick’s unique blend of academic rigor and executive leadership makes him ideally suited to drive IgniteTech’s next generation of AI-powered solutions.
